SANTA CLARA 25 families from betting on the sun to cook

With the support of the parish of Santa Clara * and CARITAS, 25 families benefited from solar cookers. Again share a community workshop building. The gas cylinder (10L.) still costs $ 50 and $ 16 bottle is not social enough to meet the needs of the month.

This weekend was clouded. We could then verify the use of solar cooking as cooler to finish cooking the food well to weigh the mass of bread or make pizza. We paused

very special to watch the match Argentina - Mexico. Which gave us more energy to continue the workshop.

* Broadcast in 2010 of a total of 137 ecological cookers (solar cooker, stove wood consumption, room temperature) in Santa Clara, city of Jujuy province east of San Pedro de Jujuy - Argentina
