In the workshop we gave in Santa Clara 11th and October 12th we note with famil ies

Among the 14 participants:
- Margarita and daughter cooked 1 / 2 kg of rice in 25 minutes with 200g of wood.
- Rufino prepare 1 / 2 kg chicken in 30 minutes with 400g of wood (quebrachillo).
- Elena by his side was 1 / 2 kg of chicken with potatoes and onion in 38 minutes with 450g of wood.
- Maria fried steak 300g and 4 eggs in 32 minutes with 350g of wood.
- Patrica 650g performed in Milan in 20 minutes with 250g of wood.
Depending on the type of wood, the dish cooked and prepared meals are much variation in the consumption of firewood. It was estimated the group used an average of between 300-350g of wood for lunch for 3 people.
