technical tour to Bolivia about solar cookers and ecological issues

conducted a technical tour to Bolivia of 8 to August 17, 2010 in Table project "Provision of 400 kitchens in the department of environmental Humahuaca - Jujuy - Argentina" (funded by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Argentina, and Bolivia Inti-Sud Soleil) . The aim was to visit projects and community greening in Bolivia with Argentinos beneficiaries of solar cookers and ecological. activities were conducted in the region of Oruro, Cochabamba and La Paz:










































In Cochabamba to visit beneficiaries of solar cookers Valley High. C ach integrates solar cooker based on family daily activities or work (kennel integral Guinea pig and cow, sterilization of milk, organic production ,...). We enjoyed lunch prepared in solar cooking and also typical of the Valley (chicha, cane juice, cassava ,...) . In Cochabamba had the pleasure of sharing with those responsible for SGAB (Society Bolivian Environmental Management) and visiting research work on integrated management of municipal solid waste.

La Paz In
, we met with representatives of peasant organizations and members of the platform Bolivian civil society climate change. The exchanges were very rich: Food and dietetics in the highland peoples conference on climate change, biodiversity Andean forests, Mother Earth and live well. then visited beneficiaries of solar cookers Huatajata zone where there were exchanges experiences among beneficiary families (Argentina - Bolivia). The communities invited us to lunch (Apthapi) prepared in solar cookers (trout, potato flour, corn ,...) .

L a technical tour was very positive for both delegations. For next year we project a technical tour to Chile.
